The Project
Reflections Holiday Parks sought an experienced facilitator to collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft operational recommendations. This strategy aimed to support 37 teams, enhance guest experiences, increase conversions, and establish a trusted business function.
The Client: Reflections Holiday Parks
Australia’s only social enterprise holiday park group, welcoming 2-million-day visitors and overnight guests each year. They care for 36 holiday parks and 43 community Crown reserves in some of the most picturesque parts of coastal and inland New South Wales.

The central reservations department faced challenges with a high rate of abandoned calls and delays in email responses. The client sought valuable insights from their reservations, park operations, sales, and marketing teams to form an operational strategy.
